

The following is a list of some of our most popular flavors. Don't see what you're craving? Just ask. Our flavors are as flexible as our designs.
The Classic: Our Signature Cake. This white wedding cake is filled with our raspberry filling (not jam) for a lovely traditional combination.
Cream Cheese Nirvana: Robin's favorite! We've added grated lemon zest confetti to our traditional White Cake for this flavor. The cake is then filled with our cream cheese filling (a modified cheesecake recipe) and studded with fresh raspberries for a beautiful presentation and rich texture.
Fiore de Cecilia: This White Cake is flavored with fresh orange zest and filled with lemon curd. We flavor the buttercreme and fondant frostings with Fiore de Cecilia, an orange-blossom oil imported from Italy.
Passion Cake: Our tart Passion Fruit Bavarian Cream coupled with a sweet Vanilla Mousse makes a delightfully refreshing cake filling. Best of all, it pairs well with our White Cake, Coconut Cake, or even a Cinnamon Coconut Cake for those interested in a truly unique flavor combination.
Almond Cake: We add ground almonds to our white batter for a subtle almond flavor and dense, rich texture. We then fill each tier with Bavarian Cream and toasted-sliced almonds. Not your ordinary almond cake!
Chocolate Chip Mint: Our Devil's Food Cake, filled with peppermint chocolate chip mousse. Absolutely amazing!
Spring Favorite: Perfect for berry season, but popular year-round. This yellow cake is filled with a combination of Bavarian Creme and Strawberry filling.
Irish Wedding: A Devil's Food Cake combined with our rich Bailey's Irish Cream filling.
Tuxedo cake: We use one layer of Devil's Food and one layer of White Cake held together with our rich fudge filling. This two-tone effect looks wonderful on the plate.
Brownie Cake: Who wouldn't love this? Chocolate Cake with walnuts in the batter, filled with fudge and more toasted walnuts. Change the walnuts to pecans and fill it with Dulce de Leche caramel filling for a Turtle Cake that's a real treat!
Banana Cream: It takes 18 bananas per batch to make this unusual cake flavor. Filled with Bavarian Cream, it is a delightful change of pace! Add chopped walnuts for added texture and flavor for no additional charge.
Banana Chocolate Chip: You guessed it. Our fabulous Banana Cake with mini chocolate chips in the batter, and filled with fudge.
Coconut Cream: If you could taste a wedding, this is how it would taste! Coconut-flavored cake with Coconut Cream and lightly toasted coconut flakes between the layers.
Pumpkin Walnut: Our newest flavor and contender for employee favorite! This cake takes its flavor from Pumpkin Pie, but adds the texture of chopped walnuts and our amazing cream cheese filling. It may even top the perennial favorite!
