The Classic: The cake that started it all... White cake filled with our raspberry filling (not jam) for a lovely traditional combination.
Almond Raspberry: If you can't beat 'em join 'em! With all of these Scandinavians around Minneapolis, we had to add this Almond cake filled with whipped cream and raspberry filling...this cake will make you want to learn to ice fish and speak Norwegian!
Cream Cheese Nirvana: White Cake with lemon zest confetti filled with our cream cheese filling (a modified cheesecake recipe) and studded with fresh raspberries for a beautiful presentation and rich texture.
Fiore de Cecilia: Orange zest cake filled with lemon curd. The buttercream is flavored with Fiore de Sicilia, orange-blossom oil imported from Italy.
Passion Cake: One layer of Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Mousse, and one layer of Passion Fruit Bavarian Creme paired with our classic white cake or a lightly spiced coconut cinnamon cake.
Pink Lemonade Cake: Blush pink lemonade-flavored cake filled with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. Absolutely essential for a summer wedding.
Salted Caramel: Yellow sponge cake filled with our home-made salted caramel (worth every minute of the 2 hours it takes to make a batch!)
Chocolate Chip Mint: Devil's Food Cake, filled with peppermint chocolate chip mousse (tastes exactly like Haagen Dazs Mint Chip!)
Strawberry Shortcake: Yellow sponge cake filled with a combination of Bavarian Creme and Strawberry filling.
Irish Coffee: Devil's Food Cake combined with rich Bailey's Irish Cream filling and Dark Chocolate Espresso Ganache.
Tuxedo Cake: One layer of Devil's Food and one layer of White Cake held together with our rich fudge filling. This two-tone effect looks wonderful on the plate.
Turtle Cake: Chocolate cake with Pecans in the batter, filled with Dulce de Leche Caramel.
Banana Cream: Somewhere between banana bread and cake and filled with Bavarian Creme. It takes 18 bananas to make a full batch!
Triple Chocolate: Devil's food cake filled with a layer of chocolate mousse and a layer of Dark Chocolate Ganache. The cake we made for Betty White's 90th Birthday!
Banana Chocolate Chip: You guessed it. Our fabulous Banana Cake with mini chocolate chips in the batter and filled with fudge.
Coconut Cream: If you could taste a wedding, this is how it would taste! Coconut-flavored cake with Coconut Cream and lightly toasted coconut flakes between the layers.
Pumpkin Walnut: This cake takes its flavor from Pumpkin Pie, but adds the texture of chopped walnuts and our amazing cream cheese filling. It may even top the perennial favorite!
