Truffles

Our truffles are hand-made by the crew at Gateaux. We make custom-flavored ganache like our caramel-milk-chocolate, or triple espresso, and then mold them into our beautiful filigree chocolate molds.  One truffle fits perfectly into our lidded boxes, and makes for the sweetest "thank you".
