Lighthouse

This cake was a tale of two oceans.  The groom, Hawaiian, represented with white chocolate sea shells, fondant plumeria, hibiscus, and a Mai Lei on the bottom two tiers.  His bride, whose family summered on Long Beach Island on the Atlantic, inspired the top two tiers of seagrass, Adirondacks, and seagulls.  The cake was topped with an entirely fondant and gumpaste replica of the lighthouse where the groom proposed (hollow of course, so we could use a battery pack to light it up!)
