Japanese Pagoda

Wow!  The best cakes are those that I'm not sure how we're going to execute as I'm drawing the sketches.  Three layers of carved, roofed precision made this the most pined-over, schemed-over and "wowed-over" cake we've ever done.  Finished with silver fondant branches and tiny elegant cherry blossoms, it stayed in touch with its feminine side too.
