Fall Leaves

It wouldn't be fall at Gateaux without a cake with gum paste leaves.  We custom created the Maple, Elm, Oak and Aspen leaves to match the color scheme of this couple's harvest time wedding.  A pair of Mikasa doves (a gift from their parents) were nested on the top tier.
