And Eat It Too.

This fabulous Trompe L'oeil cake was inspired by one we saw in Modern Bride magazine.  Our Mad Hatter cake belonged to this bride's sister.  The two weddings were a mere 10 months apart, and while this bride loved her sister's cake, she didn't want hers to merely imitate it.  We figured out how she could "have her cake and eat it too" by creating this pile of Mad Hatter cake "slices" on an edible sixteen inch "plate".
