Naturally

Rachel and Bret's reception was held at the fabulous McNamara Center in Minneapolis. Part of the appeal to them, was the architect's replication of the landscape of Minnesota in the design of the building. To follow suit, we designed a cake completely covered in fondant lake grass.  Add in some frosting flora and fauna and even a pair of frosting bumblebees donning a tophat and veil, and we had a cake that suited the couple perfectly.  After all, this bride could rock a Monique Lhuillier gown, while rocking out to an 80's cover band at the reception.  Elegance, meet fun, you've been strangers for too long.
